About Renewable Power Marketing LLC

Renewable Power Marketing, LLC (RPM) has been organized to respond to a market opportunity to bring together developers, investors and off takers. The goal is to identify and complete "stranded" renewable energy projects and to deliver low cost reliable and sustainable energy to municipal and corporate buyers of power.

RPM works with an institutional investor and an energy asset manager. The group identifies developers with renewable energy projects and identifies municipal and corporate off takers  with whom it negotiates long term power purchase agreements (PPA's) for the electric output of these projects. RPM and its investor partner will acquire these projects and complete their development. It will work with the energy asset manager to manage the energy load for the municipal or corporate offtaker in the most efficient manner possible. We will then choose to either own them long term or  resell them to long term investors where the economics of the projects meet the investors' long term investment objectives.

The goal of RPM is to create a more efficient market that will bring developers of renewable power together with users of that power, thereby increasing the long term sustainability of clean energy.
